**BREEDING POLICY:
---leasing mares : If you wish to use one of my mares please drop a comment on her picture or better yet send me a note. Unless I was just about to breed her or she is unhealthy I will probably lease her to you. It is then completely up to you to decide which stallion to breed her to, but it is you who have to draw the breeding pic and later on foal. After you've drawn the foal and it's in your stable, my mare comes back to me (please have this done in a timely fashion. I have paitence, but don't be ridiculous
-if you would want you can lease one of my mares and then have her breed one of my own stallions

----stallions at stud : Most of my stallions are open for stud purposes. Different horses will have different personalities though so be sure, for the safety and comfort of your mare, to choose wisely. Remember that when choosing one of my stallions for stud you are drawing the breeding pic and the foal pic. Thanx

----deals/agreements : I'm very open to some unorthodox breeding deals such as (temporarily) "trading" mares for lease; I lease one of my mares to you, you lease one of your mares to me. Or each of us choose a stud from eachother's farm. It's a good way to get to know the other Horse owners around you, and it can further one's future breeding stock.
